College League opens doors

Hi folks,

I currently have 1 opening in the GSBL (Parent League), but I've decided to open the doors of my College League to owners. here is the info :

1 - Players are only in this league for 4 season.

2 - Keepers league. Keep 10 non-graduating seasons, and redraft the rest after each season.

3 - Rosters are only 21-24 players !!

The object here is to get everyone playing time so the parent league gets a chance to see how good these players are. Do well in accomplishing this -- and you can get the call to the Parent league when openings arise.

We're in 1962 in the parent league (so 1966 in college league)..
