International games

Same bug than in FHM4, playes are leaving to international games middle of playoffs. It's so nice when your are in tight playoff serie and suddenly you lose 8 players to some EHT games. League what I was playing is KHL.

Which year were you in when this happened? And had you restructured the KHL at all?

First season, I changed my team country to Ukraine so I can have more than 5 foreign players. But i don't see why would that cause the bug?

I also have problem with other save, I can't continue 30 june 2023. It just loads and loads, the game doesnt crash, but it just doesnt move on. It keeps loading for ever for the next day. I have tried to let it just load but after 30mins, it still doesnt continue. Here is the save if you could look it: https://ufile.io/t6xzr

Yeah, it's doing the same for me. And I tried reverting to your earlier rolling save and that one gets stuck the same way in March, so it seems like it's something that's gone wrong quite a while back. We'll have to investigate further and see what's broken.

About the other save, no, just changing the country shouldn't have done that. Can you upload that one as well and we'll see what went wrong with the scheduling there?

Unfortunately, it looks like some of the data in the New Jersey save is corrupted beyond fixing, and it happened quite a while back in the game. The earlier rolling save doesn't seem to have the problem, though, so if you copy the data from the rs_one folder into the main folder, overwriting the contents there, it'll let you continue - but you'll lose everything that's happened since that backup was made.

Is that with a save that was started before the update? The tournament that's causing the problem will still have the same schedule in the save, since it's a part of the starting data. It'll only begin on the new date in a fresh start.

No, this save was made after the update, and the tournament was Carlson Hockey Games where my players left. Which is played at the same time than Liigas playoffs, end of april.

Ah, it wasn't that tournament that we changed, I didn't realize there was a second one that could conflict. I think we're going to have to take another approach with this, restricting the player usage by the national teams the way the NHL does when the world championships happen during the playoffs.
