Team Control Settings

Can someone tell me how I can change Team Control Settings, such as Setting lineups & tactics? It is greyed out on Assistant. Also having difficulty replacing my head coach. Any coach that I want to hire to place him has the option greyed out.Thanks, Vin

Are u in Commish Mode? Once u click it then u should be able to change things.

If you're playing as General Manager-only, the coaching-related settings like Setting Lineups & Tactics are automatically delegated to your head coach. To change the head coach, you'll need to fire the current one - on the Staff screen, right-click his name in the list of staff (in the middle of the page) and choose Release Head Coach. Your owner may not allow it if it's early or the team is doing well, though.

Thanks for the help guys. I wish , in GM only mode there was a way to override the coaches decision on who to dress. I'd hate to throw away 6 seasons and restart my career because I disagree with who the coach dresses. In OTTP there's a box to can click to override and force a player to start.

I noticed in the newest update that even when i select "control farm team" i still can't change the tactics now. Before the last patch i could, was this change intended?

So as the GM only.. I can't set my lineups and who to dress? Guess it's no because the AI keeps calling up players I send down and dressing players I don't want dressed.

Basically I'm just in charge of signing players/drafting players and the AI does the rest?

In OOTP I set my active roster and the the AI does the rest, I don't think that's how it works in FHM?
