Nations Editor maybe? How can I make all of my players generated from one State in the US?

The title says it all. I am creating a game and I want ALL my players to come from one State in the US. Vermont in particular. How do I make every player created be from the State of Vermont?

There is a slight chance I may have maybe .5%-1% of International players (Foreign Exchange Students), but most likely all from VT.

I would also like to know the way to dictate the percentages of the ethnicity (black, white, asian, etc.) of the names? Or if a player is created from Vermont, is the ethnicity of the name already taken care of by the percentages of names from VT?

Im not around my personal computer to test but I believe a simple way to do this is set the region to US State Vermont.

Does anyone who helped make this game know if this is the way to do this?

try it and see.. lol league structure settings, i believe... or thereabouts. should work.*

anyway, you can even get rid of that ~1% random chance in the settings, too.

League Settings->Players

edit where the players come from for each type o nthat screen and set "0" for random origin.

you'll want to turn off int'l amatuers or again, set them to ... well not sure if you can set to vermont or just usa for this particular thing, so you may need to just turn it off..

same for established fa and independent leaguesrs--- you'll need a bit of trial and error for that type of specific details. less likely someone has even looked the more specific it gets.

as far as race and ethnicity, there may be some file that you can edit... i'd serach the forums. that info is likely here, if possible.

OOTP is so customizable youre going to have a hard time finding anyone who is going to tell you exactly what to do to get your league set up how you want it. Every person has their own unique vision of their own unique baseball world. The best anyone here can really do is guide you to the settings you'll want to play with. It can be overwhelming at first but the best way to do what you want is to open a new league and start playing with settings to see what they do.
Want to learn how to make a league with only Vermont players. Start a new fictional league with 6 to 10 teams in Vermont and a small feeder system and see what you need to do to the settings.
