Swedish Organization scouting +1 other thing

When playing with fog of war in Sweden (or other foreign leagues, I guess, I haven't played them), it would be nice if the under age teams for the team were scouted more than they currently start with, as they have a pretty good idea of what they have, but you are more waiting on development, with the ocassional suprise(good or bad).

And the teams currently are sorted on the drop-down u-18, u-20, u-14, u-16, it would be nice if the teams were u-20, u-18, u-16, u-14 and if you could control the movement of the players on the junior teams. For example I have some 5 star prospects on the u-14 team and it would be nice if I could move them up to u-16. Ideally like how minors are controlled in OOTP. If we could even get that sort of screen like OOTP has for minor league managements that would be great...
