Can you explain how this happened?

Started a historical league in 1956, simmed to 1961, and then took over the Houston Colt 45's. I just finished the 1962 season, and was looking at the financials, and over 50 players "jumped" in salary to $535k? For Houston, I had seven players, and they were all in AAA? I changed mine to the minimum of $11.2, as I did for the Mets. Appears most of these players are in the minors. Anybody seen this before, and any explanations? Thanks!

Have you checked your game setting financials?

Go to Game Settings>League Settings>Financials. To the right side of the screen you should see Team Expenses and Salary Settings. There is a schedule of typical salaries (in my game, 1964, they range from $13,280 min. to $144,000 superstar).

If your numbers look out of whack you can select the historical year settings to import on the left side of the screen and see if that makes a difference.

I have read that this is a known bug that will be fixed in the next patch

Has it been fixed in OOTP 18.3.40? I didn't see it in the list of fixes.

This issue is actually breaking the game for me... I've stopped playing since the entire league's finance is out of whack. Does anyone know if this is fixed?
