Schedule Request

Need a 162 game schedule for 2 leagues, 2 divisions, 8 teams.

Interleague play...balanced...but i need day and night games...

48 interleague games...one series against each team...rotates home and home for next season
114 league games...6,7 or 8 games against each opponent

"Colon looking for his 1st hit of the year and he DRIVES ONE! Deep left field! Back goes Upton! Back near the wall! ITS OUTTA HERE!!! Bartolo has done it!!! THE IMPOSSIBLE HAS HAPPENED!!! This is one of the great moments in the history of baseball! Bartolo Colon has gone deep!" ---Gary Cohen. (May 7, 2016) (Petco Park) NYM 6 @ SD 3

I can probably make this. A few questions:

Does it matter which games are night games or day games? Or just want a mix

What start times would you want for your games?

1:00
1:05
4:00

etc

Just give me a list of times you would want and I can spread them out.

I start working out the details of the schedule and get back to you if I have any things I need specified from you.

All Star Game Yes/No?

If yes, in middle of year or end of season?

day games can be a mix...but all sundays should be a day game...

times could be 1:00, 4:30, or 7:30

yes...do need an all star game during the middle of the season

Ok, a few things I see.

The conference games will be either 7 or 8 vs opponents.

9 teams 8 games
6 teams 7 games

72
42
equals
114

So there will be 24 series of 4 games and 6 series of 3 games. Those are easy enough so each team has the right amount of H/A.

For interleague, I think the game rotates what team is a specific number. Team 1 is the team that finished first in division 1 last year. So you might be team 1 this year, and team 4 next year. I don't think we will need more than one schedule since you are play 100% of the other teams in the other league. There is no way to assure you play certain teams home and away.

When I test out year 1 schedule and it looks like that team plays exactly the same schedule, then I will create a year two.

Should take me a few days to put this together.
