Did the Schedule maker get fixed?

The schedule was fine in FHM5 playing a standard game with 31 NHL teams. But when the 2021 season came along I added the Seattle franchise thru expansion creating 32 teams, then the schedule went completely sideways. I regenerated the schedule twice with the same result. Now, each team plays another team in their own division 8 TIMES and all other divisional teams only 3. Another quirk, the two teams who have been selected to play 8 games against each other don't necessarily play 4 at home and 4 on the road. This creates an unbalanced schedule for every team. Has this issue been fixed in FHM/6?

I'm guessing the schedule generator has not been fixed.
