Does League Evolution increase stadium capacity?

As I sim through seasons with League Evolution on, will stadium seating capacity increase as well, specifically fictional leagues?

Are there any changes to stadiums with league evolution?

I just go into commissioner mode and increase capacity of stadium and I also force game to pay for upkeep of stadium by manipulating the financial numbers and also with getting new stadium like online leagues do. I do this between 20 to 50 years to do it and create my own story lines dealing with me and city

Would be nice if stadium capacity changed automatically.

My quick 20-year sim test shows it doesn't change at all, and that's kind of a drag.

Brings a new level to the micromanagement of the sim.

Stadiums and finances are the next frontier for OOTP to move forward.

Do divisions ever change dynamically? I don't mean relocation, I mean from going from a one division league to two, that sort of thing. It didn't seem so because the playoffs would also have to change, but having that happen when simming ahead or just doing a watcher sim would be great.

I've got a lot of thoughts on that subject (in addition to a trove of real-world data to use as a reference).

Has this been addressed for V20? When I was more active on these boards years ago, I clamored for it lol...
