Glasses are great actually, unless they are dark sunglasses.

These pics look great...however when trying to import the files in to my game I am getting fictional players. It appears that these files are different from what's in the folder within the game. Do I need to convert the file? If so, any suggestions how?

Hi! Are you importing the pictures or the .fg files? The .fg files are the ones you need to download and put into the fg_files folder

What I did is drag the file into the fg_folder.
