Roster Issue
I'm getting a message that says my lineups don't pass a "sanity check". Why? All I did was move one RP to the inactive roster and brought a RP over to the active roster. In my first 3 seasons I've never had this happen.

Close and reopen. Sanity check errors should only happen if you dont have enough pitchers or position players. If you encounter a random problem with it, just close and restart and try again and the problem usually goes away.

So far this hasn't worked. I have 25 players...11 pitchers/14 position players.

Some of the checks that are more common to fail are not having enough starters (I believe you need min 4) and making sure you actually have reliever roles set (have to actually set a primary role for them, not just have them in the bullpen. Again I think you need a min of 4). You also need to make sure your lineups are filled (or mostly filled - I forget if you need all 9 slots or if the check fails a bit below).
But most likely it's the way you have your pitching staff setup. |
