How make older caps and jerseys work on new OOTP ?

How can you get caps and Jerseys from OOTP 13 to work with 14?

Sorry but still need help with this Walmart 512x512 and how do I know if they are and if not how Do I convert

Unless, you made them yourself, they are most probably 512x512, as that is the size required......

Some of the old caps will show a seam or two.....you can fix this by using a paint Program like GIMP, but if you are not comfortable even finding out the size of a pic, then you probably don't want to try to tackle that one......either download some new sets or live with the seam.....
