Currently I am in 1915 and the Yankees have yet to reach a World Series, while the Philadelphia Athletics have won 9 in 12 appearances.

The Yankees finally win the World Series in 1921 beating the Cubs 5-4. Babe Ruth is with the New York Giants and is a pitcher with a 140-107 record and a 2.84 ERA so far. He also has a career batting average of .316 and has hit 31 homeruns at age 27.

Every time I've played, from about 1906-1924 the Athletics just rule the AL.
