No, that can't happen. Dev team members need to be beaten with extreme prejudice. Knock them off their perches!

I think I know what's going on... there is a hidden Home Team vs. Road Team split in the ballpark factors that only devs can modify

No-one in our division is going to post a record like 54-27 in the second half. It's too competitive.

I'm just barely holding the ballpark guy and the whale off. I need to find a player or two who is an improvement over the personnel I have, but they just don't seem to be out there unless I buy a perfect.

I'm not generating enough PP to do anything with my team. I'm almost to point of selling off Arenado since he is hitting .223, and last year hit a whopping .230 and then using that to try and pick up a couple more pieces.

I'll beat him this year. I'm only a hare behind him despite not logging in for the past 2+ weeks while on vacation, and had about 40k+ PP to play with. It was so tempting to just buy the Trout card that was up on auction, but I think splitting it up is the better play. Adding Pedro to the rotation should certainly help (never mind actually putting Ohtani in the rotation, and I've got a few more auction bids that hopefully I'll win).

If you can't be cocky when you are playing .750 ball, when can you?

And to whoever just sniped Gehrig from me at the last second, may you burn in the most vile and detestable hell imaginable. I will find you, hunt you, and destroy you. Happy Thanksgiving.

I'm surprised my team made it August and is still at .500. For a while it looked like they were going to join Miamisburg down at the bottom of the division.

Thumbs up

Got into this in time for the 4th season, Alpha Gamma league and my team is doing well at 67-47 1st place in the AC East and 14 games up when I left for work today. With 20 of the 26 games remaining in August being on the road I am wondering what I will see when I get home tonight
Having a blast with it, its a lot of fun.

17-12 in August. I am 7 games behind the division leader trailing by 5 games in the wild card. So I have a shot still.

One division leader has already clinched. Yes, they have a ridiculously stacked team. The team is already 112-23. The second place team is 81-54, 27 games above .500 and still 31 games behind.

I would like to thank Galeg for his Terrible Tigers Trials, which allowed Kenta Maeda to no-hit the suckers for 1,500 PP =)

You're welcome. I wouldn't be surprised if that's not the first no hitter I've given up this season!

Another month, and still basically playing .500 ball. We got a few games up, but then had a 6 game losing streak and are now sitting at 71-72. We aren't mathematically eliminated from a wildcard spot, but we are just battling to stay or above .500 for the year and giving up on making our 3rd trip to the postseason.

Making a late season surge but it may be too little too late. I am 3 games out of the wildcard race but have 2 of my final series against the two teams ahead of me in the division. Meanwhile the team I am chasing has two of their final series against the two last place teams in the division.

My other goal for the season was to do well enough to have a .500 record for three seasons. I had a winning record in season 1 and i'll have a winning record in season 3 but season 2 had a really poor record as there were too many stacked teams that season.

1/2 game behind in the wildcard race with 5 left to play. Closest that I have been to a playoff spot in three seasons.

We are out of the playoffs for the first time, but had a 9 game winning streak this month and will finish just above .500. Currently sitting at 82-77. Tough division and tough league. Some odd stats for my team. This year we had a better road record than home record. We had a losing record against LHP when in the past we've lit them up pretty well. My hitting was better than my pitching and defending, which is the reverse of what it was previously. A couple more days of fun, and then we get to start all over. It was a fun beta, and we managed to win 1 world series so it was pretty successful as well.
