"Could Not FindTeam"

I am getting this error when starting PT for the first time under the regular game. I have a legacy account and can log in and see I have my bonus packs (10) waiting but when I click play I get the error message "Could not find team"
I did mess with my old team in the beta. Did I screw it up?

I would recommend reaching out via Private Message to Nicolino Di Benedetto, our PT Product Manager, who should be able to help you all out in figuring out what's going on and getting into your teams.

anyone else have and fix this problem? I PMed as suggested but nothing yet
I am "logged in" as I get the log in bonuses (I now have 13 packs waiting) but the team wont open

I am going on 10 days with this issue. No responses. I can log in and accumulate packs but I can't enter PT25. It keeps saying "Couldn't find team"
Am I just SOL on here? I PMed as suggested but nothing.

Hi,

to fix this issue do the following:
- go to the main menu
- click "Settings"
- click the "Troubleshooting" tab
- click the "Open folder containing saved games" button
- your folder with all of your save games should open
- search the folder named "Start_[Your PT account name].pt"
- delete that folder
- try again
