Mid-Season Owner Goal Changes

Given that it happens in MLB all the time, I think the following should be included, if possible:

1) Budgetary changes depending on the team's performance, draft allocations, gate revenue, etc. If a team's in the red when it previously wasn't, the owner should be motivating the GM/manager to get out of it.
2) Trade deadline and/or Int'l FA directives. Sell off the team; acquire a top-xx prospect; acquire an All-Star/MVP/Cy Young; improve at x position by the deadline. Happens all the time that teams pivot at the deadline and making it more noteworthy would be an added element of strategy.
3) Add or subtract owner goals issued at the season onset. They can be too hard and fast depending on a team's trajectory, so an owner should be able to parse through what's relevant vs. what's not.

Owners already check in at the halfway point. Why not get them more involved then, too?

Adding in managerial/coaching staff changes would be interesting, too. If the team's flailing in all aspects - or just one - fire the coach(es) responsible and see if there's an improvement.

Your first proposal should go hand in hand with your team's current goals and record + fan base and advertising and TV contracts.

I find it interesting, especially proposal 2,
you could create a special day (negotiation deadline), and place it that advances per hour with an AI that makes the type of changes seen on that day make logical offers.
Another thing that should be modified is to be able to receive more than one player or money, when looking for offers by a player (shop a player).

Regarding your point 3, it seems to me that the sum of goals is necessary, in fact these goals have to be divided into 3 types: Current year, Term of 3 years and term of 4-5 years. they have to insure your work or if you are going to be fired (approving the minimum required). There may also be optional goals (from hand to point 2 it may be for example that you set the goal of changing a player who is about to finish his contract and cannot be renewed, or is under reconstruction and is looking for prospects).
