What a Captain looks like?

Hi folks!

Started to be a bit more active in this OOTP forum, I have been playing for a long time, even won a couple of Rings in MP so far

Still lots of things that I don't know, but I am eager to learn, so just a quick question.

What's the character that makes a player, the captain of the team? And, does that player needs to be in the team for a long time to become one, or just he will become a Captain right out of the bat?

Leader, high work ethic, a bit of loyalty.

All Captains are leaders but not the reverse. Also, both Captain and Leader status can come or go over the years.

turn on comissioner mode and go figure out the thresholds for any personality you wish to figure out. i think in the case of captain, a few may need to be below a certain value too... like controversy or greed etc? maybe not too.. .just playing devil's advocate.
