Stuck please help | Not enough Goalies to continue playing

I don't know how to explain this but I really need help.
French League is weird, since all players have 1 year contract you have to re-new A LOT of contracts and is a little tiring.

So while trying to rebuild the team I didn't re-new some contracts and it seems I made a mistake and while trying to get new players wasted all the money available (which is very little) in 6 players (I think) and now I don't have enough money for anymore players.

The good thing I have enough skaters, not a good number but enough.
On the other hand I'm in red numbers so I can't even sign a young player form the U20 or U16 because they ask money too.

So I can't play anymore because I can't continue either because I need to play a friendly match but I have just 1 Goalie.

Edit: I think there should be an advice via email to let you know which players are going to be free agents when the new season starts.
There is no advice or anything so when you start the season BAM, they are gone.

There's a button up on that control panel that says "Upcoming FAs". I think it's somewhere in the middle column. You can view all of the players whose contracts are running out there.

Well yes, that's a secondary issue at this point since I would like to continue playing. But the problem with Frenche league is you havea to re-new first team, secondary team and youth players too so is a lot of contracts and that's why I lost control of everything.

I'm new to FHM4, so not sure if it would work out. Have you tried to trade a skater(s) for a goalie?

You can't trade in European leagues, just buy/sell players

You can continue by temporarily changing a skater's position to goalie so you have enough goalies to play the game. Don't actually let him play, though, as that'll likely cause a crash. And you'll want to sign a free agent goalie or acquire one via transfer as soon as possible.

I thought about that but I was worried to make problems in my game. I will do that then! I started a new career now so I don't know if I will continue with SML French league now but the advice is more than useful.

Anyway, I think there should be a message telling you before the new season start how many players are about to leave. Because at least in French league most of the players from main team to U14 have 1 year contracts and they leave and disappear. I mean I lost a lot of players
