Best ootp13 team to date

My 1892 Washington Senators went 112-42. We lost the WS in 7.

2b Bid McPhee
3b Lave Cross
ss Herman Long
LF Joe Kelley
CF Bug Holliday
RF Jack McCarthy

SP Jack Stivetts
SP Cy Young
SP Tony Mullane

I've been using AI managing set to Sabremetrics. That certainly seems to make L/R splits important. What do you guys use?

Cool team.

I haven't played using the sabermetrics tag yet. Is it helping the AI at all? Is ordering batters based on OBP?

The one thing I believe it does is it kills mediocre to poor LHP. Only the Eddie Plank calibre LHS have a chance. And HAL prices LHP accordingly--you can by it significantly cheaper than RHP. At least up until 1902, where I'm at currently. Batting splits do seem to play a more important role at the margins too, especially in the outfield. All in all, it adds to the complexity, and I like that.

This ootp13 engine is terrific. I can forget about strat.
