Uploading files to the ftp server

I'm having an issue where whenever I advance a day I have players that move from AAA to my active roster on their own and I have to move them back. It seems like random players. I've tried restarting and saving and that does't work.

I would like to submit a ticket but can't upload the game files. I'm at the OOTP ftp server with this on top:

Index of /incoming/ootp/saved_games/

And I have a window with the zipped file in it. How do I get the zipped files from my folder to the ftp server? I've tried dragging and copy/paste but neither seem to work.

Either should work, but your anti-virus or firewall might be blocking things.

If it's easier, you can just upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and send a link along with the ticket.

A couple of questions:
1) Are you sure you are the GM and not a commissioner "Acting as" the team?
2) Have you looked in your manager options to confirm you are in control of Promotions and Demotions?
3) In the Manager Option there is a "Vacation Mode" that can be checked, if it is the AI will make some moves.
4) This is more of a test than a solution: You can choose to lock a minor league player to a level in either their profile or their strategy tab. Have you tried that to see if you can make the game bend to your will?

These answers may point you to a setting that is not what you want. OOTP has an insane amount of settings and it is very easy to check one that is not really what you want.
