I've already seen some people reporting it doesn't work. It's probably not safe to upgrade yet.

No,we have not tested it yet, we'll do so later this week. The past few releases were without issues, though. Still, I would suggest holding off for now.

Yes, OOTP 20 works fine. OOTP 18 and earlier won't though, as these are 32 bit and Catalina kills 32 bit support.

The only issues with Catalina so far that i've seen is the Gatekeeper monitoring program doesn't accept it as safe software and won't let it launch. A setting switch however resolves that issue.

OOTP and MAC Catalina
I dl'd Catalina last week. Upgraded to OOTP 20 the next day. So far, it has been working for me without any major issues. I was able to import my OOTP 19 without too much hassle. I haven't played with all the bells and whistles yet so I cannot comment on all the functions.
