ticket problems

I'm having an issue submitting a ticket. When I click finished it pauses for a while then gives me two error messages:

1) We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again

2) Sorry, we encountered a problem (invalid department). Please start over.

The second message sounds like you just haven't set a category for the ticket. The first one, I have no idea.

Thx for the quick response Lukas and apologies for my late response.

Could very well be user error-that has happened before-but if I continue to have problems I'll drop you a note.
