"Win Now!"

How do you change this from Neutral to Win Now? It doesn't highlight or anything like it has on previous iterations.

This is now set by your owner - you cannot change it.

Can you just be an owner and set that for your GM? Or can you be an owner, GM and coach like Jerry Jones?

No, we have no "Owner mode" in the game. Some year we may add that in...

Might be something of interest to some, especially if you could be owner AND GM. Maybe expand the financials a bit. Or be a hands on owner that hires the manager and possibly even the coaching staff. Maybe you set the budgets and sets the goals. You could even request a player be signed or position upgraded or even do it yourself. Being too hands on might piss off your current GM or manager... I don't know if I want it in lieu of other fixes and improvement but could be something to think about down the road...
