$0 into Scouting Budget?
Has anyone tried this?
I feel with recent versions of the game, the OSA scouting is a better reflection than your personal scout. I like to use a lot of factors when drafting, such as personal scout, OSA, stats, intangibles, etc....but has anyone ever thought to just not put any money into scouting? |

You can't set your scouting budget to less than half the league average. You can also disable scouting budgets in the league finances settings, so that all teams will put 0 in (but still keeps scouting on).

Probably just a semantic disagreement, but I think you can cheat in a single player game. However, there's nothing wrong with cheating in a single player game if it brings you enjoyment.
