Great League Needs 3

The New BARSL formerly Home Plate Baseball is looking for 3 quality GM's. After succesfully running 3 leagues since OOTP 3 I took a hiatus from OOTP and just recently got back into it and HPB was the 1st league I joined well after 3 sims the commish abruptly quit and being that I had commish experience I stepped up as commish.
We are currently at League Date 9/15/2006 and this is a great time to get in the league so you have the whole off season to build your team.
Teams Available:
The Blue Jays currently 69-77 have a lot to build on. Led by Vernon Wells and Roy Halladay this teams has the #8 overall farm system and could easily be molded into a solid contender.

The Braves are full of young talent and own the #2 farm system in the league. This team could be a dynasty in the right hands.

The Indians are led by quality playeers like Grady Sizemore, Travis Hafner, and Cliff Lee. They have the #11 overall Farm System.

About us we sim 3x a week Mon, wed, Fri 7 Days per sim. we have A great Revenue sharing plan and many other items. Check out our rules here. We have many fine GM's and are looking for 3 more.

You MUST own OOTP 6.13 or 6.51 and as of now we have no plans of switching to OOTP2006 until #1 all bugs have been fixed and #2 All Gm's agree to (I would say atleast a few more seasons will be played on OOTP6). AIM is NOT required...If you have it great If not no biggie.

Let me say this about Ray, the Commish. I have been out of OOTP for a long time and had no plans of returning, until I got an e-mail from him asking if I would like to join. I was in two Ray's league's before and both were THE BEST OOTP leagues I'd ever been involved in. The Commish knows his stuff and I speak from experience that this is one league that you will want to join!

Good luck with taking over the league. I commished the league for a while in its first version and it has a good history. Actually, before it was the HPBL it was the CMJK or something like that and that commish left it for dead. Cody stepped up and made it HPBL then I ran it for the first year when he had PC problems. Anyway, it is a great league and I hope you are able to keep it going.
