How many goalies do I need?

I simmed to the point of my first pre-season game, and when I attempted to start, it popped up that I don't have enough goalies on my roster. I had two, so I bumped up another from my AHL team. I got the same message with the third, tried a fourth, and the same thing. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Did you dress the second goalie?

It is possible that I didn't; I just assumed the two were dressed from the beginning. I will give that a try once I get back to the game. Thanks for the tip!
