AI accepts trade and then rejects it

I'm making a trade and the AI says he (she?) will think about it and then gets back and says ok put in xy player to make it work. So I do and he says the offer might be enough but he needs to think about it. Fine, he comes back in a few days and the same thing happens. He says put this player in to make it work, I do, and then he says he needs to think about it. It's a loops that keeps going.

Yea, I had this happen today.

I think the verbiage (the actual text) that is being used may need to be adjusted.

And it could be actually kind of cool, adding another situation to the mix...for example..."if you add such-and-such, I will consider it, but will need more time", or something like that, as opposed to the current situation that the OP mentioned, because I think that this is actually what is going on in some instances.
