Screen settings advice?

I have a 13" Macbook pro.. what would be the best screen set-up to play the game with everything visible? Every setting thus far for me looks a little cut-off at edges of the screen.

For FHM3 I had it windowed at 1280 x 768 and it worked really well. Using these settings for 4 don't work as well for some reason.

Can you post your trace file please? Go to settings and Troubleshooting to enable it, then restart the game and go there again to open the file.

Nothing changed in this area so it should just be the same as last year.

Well.. whatever I did worked. The screen looks great (the same as previous versions).

Well.. the screen looked great for awhile and is now back to being cutoff despite no changes with the settings. How do I open the trace file?

Go to the start screen, then settings, then the troubleshooting tab, and click on "Enable debug trace". Then exit the game and re-start it. That'll create the trace file in your Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 4\debug folder. It should have the information Sebastian needs at that point, so just copy and paste it here (or attach the file to your post).

I’m having the same issue on a MacBook Pro 13 as well. I posted on the Beta threads about it.

I don´t have a Mac Book Pro, so I can´t reproduce it. The trace file shows that the game opens in 1280*800 fullscreen, so it should work. But the screenshot in the other thread shows that it does not. When I select 1280*800 as resolution on my Mac it opens in fullscreen and does not cut off anything. So at this point I don´t really know what to do.

If anyone still has FHM 3 running on his Mac Book Pro and it works without any problems it would be good to post a trace file from it, maybe I can see a difference.

The interesting thing about FHM3 is that I opened FHM3 to see what resolution I had and when I re-opened FHM4 the issue resolved itself. However, after closing FHM4 and re-starting it later the problem presented itself again.

Here is the FHM3 trace file
