Stadium Request: Proposed White Sox 78 stadium

There's been quite a bit of buzz that the White Sox might build a new ballpark in the city of Chicago. Not much detail has been released but some beautiful renderings have been released as well as the fact it would be a smaller ball park, maybe around 35,000. The proposed site is 62 acres. It would be build on a small river. As far as I know, ball park dimensions have not been released.

Would anyone be willing to create this in OOTP? Here is an article on the stadium as well as some of the renderings floating out there.

Note, I get most of these renderings are outside the park, but they help to give some of the flavor of the ballpark that fans are excited about.
