42 Years Experience, 3 Rings = Unproven?

So the best base coach in my game world is on my team. His Dev, Mech, all his teaching ratings, and in-game running ratings are all blue Outstanding or Legendary (except one which is excellent). He has 42 years of experience and has coached 3B for the last 3 championship teams. Pretty good resume, right?

Yet somehow his Reputation is "Unknown". Unknown? Are you kidding me? I know, it shouldn't matter, but I just noticed that and I thought, how in the world can this be? It bugged me enough I went into the editor to adjust it, but there's no field for it. The manual says, "All personnel have a reputation rating that is mostly based on past success.". You sure about that? The other personnel who have been on this team all have at least an "Average" Reputation, but none of them have even half the experience as him.

Even if it really is based on success, how much more success do you need? Shouldn't experience and ratings factor into it, by a good amount even?

I have never seen that happen before. It must either be something new in '24 or possibly a bug. I haven't been able to get '24 yet so I cannot give you any insight there. I do suspect that something is rotten in the state of Denmark.
