Editing Team History (OOTP 18)
I was wondering if there's a way to edit a team's history in OOTP 18. In one of my files, I am reviving the Montreal Expos as an expansion team starting in the 2017 season. Since the Washington Nationals used to be the Montreal Expos until 2005, I was hoping to be able to either have the Nationals and the new Expos share the pre-2005 Expos history or, if that's not possible, then to just transfer the pre-2005 Expos history to the new Expos. (Basically, what I want to do is copy and paste that portion of the team history.) Is there a way I can do this (preferably without having to start a new file)?
(Also, am I posting this in the correct sub-forum?) |

No, there isn't a way to do this where it'll stay in game. You could edit the HTML of the team and have it cosmetically appear for you but that's about it. There's no way to "transfer" a franchise history or anything like you're saying (a la the Charlotte Hornets)
