54 Inning Scoreless Streak

Well he came close! My Mike Mussina went on a tear to open the season. In his first start he gave up an earned run before recording an out. Since then he ended up going 54 innings without an earned run. Too bad no achievement. 5 inning shy of Orel.

Orel's (and Drysdale's) streak was scoreless innings. Unearned runs would have ended theirs. Nice streak though, congrats!

Note the date! I always thought I suggested tracking, but I see now that the wording is not a suggestion.
