It's locked out. Can't do the public beta test.

Not sure what you mean it's locked out? You prepay and get a code, download and install, put in code and start

Pretty much what tcblcommish said. Playing the BETA is a pretty straightforward process. Is your code not working? Does the game crash when you start it up? We need more info in order to offer advice.

im guessing its someone who wanted the beta version of the game without paying for it. Would explain the locked out comment
