2B and 3B seem to be at 100% rate

Maybe it's the 3D engine, but I have never watch a replay where a batter has been thrown out trying to double or triple... my players or rivals seem to have a 100% efficiency... do you guys notice the same?

I also notice that the OF diving catches also have a 100% success rate...

I have not noticed that on doubles or triples. I seems to be a relatively small percentage of runners thrown out for me, probably what I would expect in real life. If your base running is set overly aggressive that could be causing issues for you.

The diving catches are always caught. I just assume that is because there is only one graphic. I'm sure in the future that will change, but if a guy's fielding stats are such that he should make the catch I assume that is what is happening. I really enjoy watching the replays.
