OOTP scores dubiously again
This sequence occurred in my game (in 16) right now. With one out, my catcher drops a foul pop for an error. The batter eventually singles, then is thrown out at home plate on the following double. The other team goes on to hit another RBI double and another RBI single with two outs.
The game made these runs unearned, presumably because they occurred with two outs after an error occurred, but I am pretty sure they should both be earned, since the "unearned runner" did not score and it would not have made an essential difference if he had never reached base. Smarter minds, please?

I've got to concur. I was all ready to dismiss this one...but I can't. This situation is akin to the guy who is safe on error leading off, and gets doubled up on the next at-bat. Runs scored after that would still be earned, as the error did not avoid the third out. I think you've got just such a situation here. If Spataro is out instead of safe after the error, he cannot be thrown out at home for what normally would be the third out—ergo no error. Awesome spot!

You are both correct. The only time those are should be unearned runs is if that error happened with two outs instead of one. Because it happened with one out once that Runner was put out all successive runs after that would be earned unless another error happened.
