Incorrect Seeding in WHA Playoffs ...

... The WHA Playoffs are seeded by league in the game (top 8 make the playoffs), but in actual history, the WHA seeded teams by division (top 4 in each division make the playoffs).

Looks like that's the rule set for the 73 and 74 playoffs, we'll get that fixed. I'll check to see if any of the later ones are off as well, the WHA years from 75 and on have their own individual setups.
