Earliest that all teams have at least 1 affiliate?
Just wondering what's the furthest back I can go without running into the issues where there is nowhere to put your drafted players?

I know the majority of teams have affiliates by 1932. I don't know when it becomes universal.

Just at least one affiliate in total, due to the long term roster viability issues with there being no reserve roster available to the user if there is a linked minor league.

i believe the Phillies were the last major league team to get an affiliate and i think that was 1933, so from that year on, everyone should have at least one team affiliated with them. Most will have more.

There will be a reserve roster available to the user at some future point in the future Futuramically speaking. Plus most umpires will only have one great big eye.

I believe the Phillies continued to add and drop affiliates until around 1937 and sometimes their affiliates were in the very low minors, so that's another thing to watch out for.

Alright, I have a question in regards to this statement. I started a league in 1920 yesterday. I disabled the "secondary roster" rule and now all teams show that they have reserve rosters....well except for the the Tigers and Cardinals, they have affiliates. I even briefly signed on to manage a team and I had a reserve roster then as well. My question, will disabling the secondary roster cause issues with my replay. I tend to like things simple. The less things the AI has to worry about the better.

Secondary roster rule disabled may become the default.
