Saving Mid-Game

hey all,

i apologize if this has been posted (for if it has i have missed it), but last night i was falling asleep at the keyboard so i saved my game halfway through (4th, or 5th inning? 1-0 lead) and went to resume it this morning and it's 1-0 top of the first.... so i'm essentially starting a new game with the same score.

anyone else have this issue? no biggie, just pointing it out

edit: also their pitcher has changed. it was homer bailey, now it's cingrani.

I've seen this too. I will open the bug to get this tracked. I don't see a way to delete this saved game, so I guess I will have to start the league over. Any other ideas?

Same thing happened to me and now the game crashes either when I a) finish the resumed game and try to exit the box score screen or b) when I try to advance to the next game.

When I go into the live sim for the day, I am playing the same team multiple times. OOTP must've thought I was starting a new game every time I resumed my previously saved game?

Not sure if there's a way to salvage my league. I submitted a support ticket.

There are serious issues with the save game option.

My game kept on crashing when I tried to resume my saved game, I had to fast sim the game to avoid the crash.

I did report this in the proper forum. Hopefully Markus can fix this soon.

Did you experience crashes after you fast-simmed the resumed game? I was able to finish the resumed game fine, but now I get crashes after and I think my entire league is effed up.

No, my league is fine. I have it so it saves after every game.
