Yes, they are the 1969 players using 1961 design. I hated Topps 1969 and wanted nothing to do with them. Each of my other card projects (1961-1968) did keep the format for that season.

Incidentally, the 1969 season is completed. The set will be made available just as soon as I can get someone to host them for me. I will then begin work on 1960. The card design again will not be 1960 which is another design I never liked and one that would be next to impossible to do replicate because of the sillouette nature of the photos.

I may again use 1961 since I really love that format. Its one of the only formats from 1960s that did not have something covering up the photos.
I will probably make a few minor adjustments so it isnt exactly like 1961 but have not yet completed that design.

Glad you enjoy the cards,
I will post once they are ready with the download links. My 1961-1968 cards were also updated with over 150 new cards so those too will be available.

The Bradley photo actually shows George W. 'Grin' Bradley (bradlge01), as can be readily seen by comparing the image with George W.'s image taken from the 1876 St. Louis Browns team photo.
