Unpack Script Not Writing To MySQL Database?

Long time player, first time commish and I'm trying to host a 3 person historical league for fun. I was able to get the league settings set up via FTP and verify it all works, however when I try to upload league files using PHP/MySQL, the script touches all the content tables, however no records write to the tables. The tables were created, however. The MySQL user has full privileges so it's not a WRITE or ALTER issue.

I am open to any thoughts or any methods to try to get this working. I followed a video tutorial for OOTP 16 and when he wrote the files, he got a different output from the script than I did. So I'm wondering if a setting might be off.

Thanks for reading! (And hopefully this is posted in the right place. I thought maybe the Technical forum but I feel Online Leagues would point me in a better direction.)

I was actually able to figure it out. It was the web host not allowing two functions of the unpack php to execute. After talking to them and them not allowing me to use those functions, I left that web host and found one that allowed me to use those functions, and voila, it worked.

Note to future self - always check the error logs on the FTP server.
