Historical Player Draft in Regular Season Mode?

I was in a great online league where we used real teams in a real league but every year the amateur draft brought back players from throughout history. It was awesome and so much fun.

I'm trying to setup a personal league just like this one. Can someone steer me in the right direction of how to set it up?

I'd like to use real teams, real leagues, real rules, just when it comes time fo the amateur draft it's players from throughout history, not made up names. I set this up in OOTP19 but haven't been able to remember/figure out how I did it for OOTP 20. Thanks so much for the help!
