What are some really good and deep fictional quickstarts?

Anyone have some suggestions for some good fictional quickstarts I could download?

It's sadly one of the huge shortfalls of the OOTP mod community and it has bugged me for years - very few quick starts get released each year and I don't know why.

Tons of people play OOTP, tons play fictional and come up with awesome leagues, but virtually no one releases them as QS, which is a shame because it's like 5 minutes of extra work. It's also odd considering how much other content does get freely produced and shared in these forums.

To my knowledge I don't think there are many fictional QS so far but I believe there are a couple threads below where people have repurposed older leagues for V19 (a Canadian league, a Game of Thrones League, etc).

I am planning on releasing a new version of it with 20+ years of history for V19. I will probably be done that in a week or so as I need to make some changes and fixes first. Or that league is there from the beginning if you wanted to download it in V17 aND import it through to 18 and 19.
