CTD during First Year draft

While First Year Draft the game crashes to desktop and this happens every time when San Diego Padres do their last draft pick. I started game as a 'tracemode' but there is no errors whatsoever except in Event Viewer.

I checked the thread (http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=302554) where tribaljedi had same kind of issues and Matt had an idea that the issue is computer related. Therefore I installed the game on my other laptop and uploaded the whole save there. Same problem exists on that other laptop as well. I am able to anything in the game but when Padres do their last pick, the game crashes to desktop. I'm not able to continue when the game says that the draft is still ongoing...

I'm now in year 2024 so it's kinda frustrating if I have to start it all over.

My original computer's specs (though I don't think it matters in this case)

1. PC
2. Win 10
3. Steam
4. No Mac
5. CPU: Intel Core i5-8300H 2.30 GHz. Mem: 8 GB. Video: nVidia GeForce GTX 1060
6. During First Year Draft, Padres's 40th pick and consistently on two different laptop and no error messages, just CTD.
7. One specific save. All the league files are uploaded to FTP -> Tigers_Draft_CTD.lg.7z
8. Tracefile didn't have any traces of the crashes

I think we'll need to see the specific league files for this league to have an idea what might be happening. Instructions on uploading them are in my sig, or you can just zip them up and post them on Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link if that's easier.
