The globe symbol under 'Team & League controls' could indicate that online play will finally be implemented

The globe opens the popup with all leagues, see the screenshot from the first road to release article.

ever thought about doing it 0-100? as i think it will distinguish bad players from the really good ones alot better then 0-20.or am i alone in thinking this? never liked the 0-20 system

I think it would make it very hard for the researchers to rate players. Rating is a hard job (not only rating the players correctly but making sure each league in the game has the correct rating guidelines). Having a wider scale would make our jobs tougher IMO.

It's actually the opposite for me : I see the difference between 17 and 18 way better than the difference between 85 and 90.

Is there a difference between a player who's 76 compared to a 74 player? Is there a real difference between a 14 (scale 1-20) player compared to a 15 player? Maybe yes, maybe no. It would depend upon what the rating is based on, and where/how/if the ratings are used. |

As anyone already noted we will add a Game Rating to the game, something that a lot of people asked about in the past (yes, we continue to listen ).

Adding a game rating for individual players is terrific news. Since we don't have comprehensive stats that can tell us how well an individual player performed in a game, and we can't watch the games themselves to make our own judgments, I think this is a critical piece of info that we need. Thanks for adding this. It is clearly responsive to a number of requests. It would be of interest to know how this rating is calculated....but no more than knowing how the player attributes will factor into the new match engine, so we will look forward to seeing how it fits together.

The addition of the game rating for a player to me isn't that big of a deal but I can certainly see why people like and want it. I just hope that good shot blocking, tough physical defensemen will get their rating up for doing things that they are supposed to do.
I would love to see a bigger breakdown of the rating to be honest. Things like the NHL series on Xbox or PS and have say positioning, teamwork and stats although they are simplistic, it would be better than just a rating although if you know what the rating is and how it's determined, it would just as good. Good add though either way. The more info on players, the better IMO |

I'm interested on how the Game Rating will work. Stats are good but they don't always tell the whole story. Hopefully the GR will fill in the blanks.

Glad to hear we're adding a game rating! That was definitely something I thought was missing.

Hi do you have an update as to when FHM2015 will be available and if it will be steam only- I am considering a purchase and hope you can provide a rough estimate as I am unsure whether to wait (is it almost ready?-days, weeks, months?)

I expect that I may be an idiot for asking, but where is the reference to a 'GR' or game rating in the screenshots that have been circulated in this thread? I can't find it.
