Commissioner Mode Question

Hi there,

I just bought OOTP 20. I had previously played 18. In 18 when I go to Manager Settings there is a tab called Control & Auto-Play Settings. From here, I can simply toggle Commissioner mode on and off. In the league I just created in 20 I no longer see the Control & Auto-Play Settings in Manager Options. Is some action needed to add this tab to my view ? Or was the Commissioner Mode option moved some place else ? I play in historical mode if that matters.

It is on the Manager Options screen, in the upper right.
