Pitcher pulled during perfect game at 90 pitches

This happened in one of my online leagues. No pitch limit.

It's not optimal for sure, but not necessarily a bug. Would depend on the manager's hook settings, pitcher stamina, lots of stuff. Obviously, we normally try to not have this sort of thing happen, but if it does, typically probably one or more of those things would be the culprit.
