Live Rating Question - Sam Dyson

Hey guys, I'm trying to understand why Dyson's overall has gone up 10 points with him having a bad year compared to 2017 & 2018.

If my understanding is correct - the live cards ratings are based on ZiPS and actual stats with the stats taking more and more weight as the season progresses - how can he have +10 on his card while having a worse year than the last two ?

Thanks!

He's had a better year according to FIP (which is the closest parralel to how our pitcher ratings are determined).

Zips has him as about a 3.8 FIP arm, and this year, he's pitched to a 2.97 FIP.

Thanks for the quick answer Matt!
