One works, one does not....confused

I have a historical league on my laptop and a fictional league on my desktop. For both of them I downloaded a bunch of stadiums from Silvan14 and Adion (the top sticky post above).

I put them in the same folder as the other stadiums (ballparks\models) for both league, and manually added the data by finding the prk file for each.

This worked perfectly for the historical league, as the Tigers now play at Bennett Park, the Boston Americans are at Huntington Avenue Grounds and all is well.

However, I cannot get the fictional league parks to work. Although I manually imported the data by finding the prk files, and the park shows up in the park profile window, the 3D Model part of the Ballpark Picture Files refuses to change from the default file, and the 3D Model tab shows a completely different stadium. The game plays only showing the default stadium.

The ONLY difference is the laptop has everything on the C drive. The desktop, however was partitioned oddly (thanks, Dell), with a small C drive and the vast majority of real estate on the D drive. So that is where OOTP is. I wouldn't think that would matter, but maybe it does, since OOTP installed to C by default and I moved it. But the logos, uniforms, etc. are fine, so I wouldn't think it would impact the stadiums.

One possible cause is that the installation to the C: drive has the data in your My Documents folder and the other has the data in the main folder for OOTP20. As long as the 3D stadiums are in the models folder you should be good to go. Otherwise view silvam's installation tutorial.

By copying the Silvam stadiums over to the ballparks folder on my C drive, I was finally able to specify the 3D model and they now show up in the game. Thanks for the push in the right direction.
