Delayed Injury Realism
With a realistic Delayed Injury Diagnosis - in nearly all cases - the part or area of the body would be known. The severity of the injury - for example, whether a guy needs two weeks to rest his arm, 2 months after being scoped, or a year after Tommy John surgery - isn't often known in the first few days after the injury. But it's usually immediately known whether we're talking about, for example, a shoulder vs elbow injury. Therefore, the part of the body, even if it’s vague (shoulder? elbow? knee? ankle? the coconut?) should typically be known immediately in OOTP.
