How many tournaments is too many?

I currently have teams playing in 2 tournaments in addition to a league during the season but am considering adding another tournament going on alongside the league (midweek games while league plays on weekend) and a possible 4th tournament. So some teams would have a league and 4 "other" tournaments they play in.

Has anyone any experience with these weird schedules, I worry it might break my league at some point, I've already had one brutal crash

I've cycled through like 6 tournaments in addition to the regular season already with no issues. Well, other than losing in the 1st round every time.
